Interweave Subscription Cancellation & Return Policy

Workshop and Kit of the Month subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription period. To cancel a subscription, go to "My Subscriptions" in your customer account. A list of all your Subscription goods will appear. To cancel your subscription and all future automatic renewals, go to "Edit" and then "Suspend."
Please keep in mind that all subscription refunds must be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. Subscriptions are not eligible for partial or prorated refunds.
Ebooks, MP4s, streaming videos, and other downloadable products will not be eligible for a refund due to their digital nature. Defective files and duplicate orders are examples of exceptions.
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to report a damaged or missing item for a return, replacement, or refund. Fill out the Return Material Authorization Request here to the best of your ability. For more information, contact customer care by submitting a ticket to their helpdesk.

Interweave Price Adjustment Policy

For purchases made on Interweave's website within 30 days of the original order date, Interweave will make a one-time pricing adjustment. At the moment of the price modification request, the item is on sale. The difference will be returned to the payment method used initially. If the adjustment is less than $5.00, instead of a refund, a discount coupon for future purchases will be offered.
